Cheri did an amazing job marketing our house, advising us on the best pricing we could get, scheduling and managing showings of the house, and helping us manage offers to ensure we got the most out of our house possible. We moved out of state prior to selling our home so Cheri was there checking on the house, dripping the faucets when it was cold, and ensuring we were apprised if anything out of the ordinary happened. She has an excellent network of contractors in the area to help with repairing the home and providing price quotes. I bought and sold my house with Cheri and she did an amazing job in both cases.
