Cheri showed a personal interest in my selling experience. She was able to walk me thru step by step on what happens next and even when I was not sure of contract agreement statements, she was knowledgeable on what things meant and how it will affect me. She even followed up with me after the sale.
one of your best agents you have she's very knowledgeable and a great person to work with and a very nice and sweet young lady
Cheri stood out from the beginning when she offered practical, logical advice for me during the process of buying a less-than-perfect fixer upper. When closing got complicated and delayed, she was communicative and made the deal happen despite the challenges.
Cheri got me the fastest sale i have ever seen. Wait for it. 12 hours and my house was sold.
When I made the decision to move back to Florida after being in Colorado over 20 years, Cheri was willing to assist me in my search where others ignored me! Yes, I was already qualified! She listened carefully to my wishes and stayed on track with my needs, always acting as an advocate for me. She would help me virtually see homes, and while there if I requested, she'd snap pictures of different items. Cheri is very personable and listens, a skill not many agents possess. She helped coordinate everything to assure an easy clear to close. I'll definitely call when I'm ready to buy again, and refer my coworkers as they make their way for a move to or 2nd home in Florida!
