Cheri has helped us now with two separate housing purchases. Each time she was flexible and able to answer all of our first time homebuyer questions with accuracy and efficiency. She’s an excellent communicator and makes you know that she’s your advocate above all else.

She reached out to me immediately and off we went on the most incredible adventure together getting my house sold. It wasn't a particularly easy task but Cheri was with me every step of the way; smoothing interactions with others, facilitating negotiations with 3rd party vendors, handling and caring for my house when I had to move out of state before selling, and most importantly making herself available to me, supporting me, and enlisting my help in preparing my home through the sale. As I am disabled, I could have easily fallen into the role of a lost client with a to do list to handle all on my own. Instead, Cheri empowered me so I felt like a partner in this project which lifted my confidence and gave me daily motivation. I am truly grateful for this experience - the brightest spot of 2020 for me!
