Cher Jakab is without a doubt the best realtor I have ever had the pleasure of working with while shopping for real estate. Cher worked with us on our last purchase along with our realtor Steve Brooks. Cher worked out the lease to purchase option with the sellers in order for us to secure the property we were interested in. We were happy with the price and the agreement we had in place until we were able to sell our home and move into the new property.
