Amazing realtor! Sold our house in 3 weeks, very thankful for her!

My husband and I have worked with Chena several times (during 5 years) to locate and see acres and homes. Chena was always helpful and answered any questions we had. If there was anything that arose, she would get it resolved. She was always clear and effective in communicating anything that we did not understand. She knows the real estate market and her team was very efficient in getting things done. Chena was and is beyond professional. She calmed me when two of our offers fell through and continued to be a positive light when we wanted to pull our house off the market. I have long admired Chena's work ethic and commitment to her clients, as she has helped many of our friends looking for real estate in our region. She is blunt and direct, which is often what is called for, whether you realize it or not. I call her a real estate agent firebrand, because once you ask her to work for you, she is like a whirling dervish. I have worked with Chena on two transactions. Buying my first home from out of state and her professionalism, kindness, and hustle made that entire process smooth and downright enjoyable. Again with her understanding of the market and current trends we were able to price the house correctly to sell and not have it sit on the market for weeks or months all while getting a good price for the house.
