Well, she did sell my home, so that was great! However, not even a week after my house being on the market, she wanted me to lower the price of my house by $3000. I then received a full price cash offer 8 days after posting on the market and I accepted. She then became the realtor for both the buyer and seller and she definitely did not have my best interest at heart. After inspections, she never sent me the report but wanted me to fix things in the house that just didn't make sense and trust me, I got a second opinion. She did communicate with me regularly, but her communication skills needs work as she came across snooty and demanding. She added unnecessary stress on me that I did not need. At closing, she did not come due to illness which is fine. However, the buyer of my home wanted to meet me. After talking to them, I realized that they too had a bad experience with Chelynn and was frustrated with her and had to get on to her about things as well. And... come to find out, she tried to mess up the sell of my home with these people. She did sell my home. But I won't ever use her or recommend her again. I prefer someone more personable.
