Chelsie knew what she was doing! She was very informative and explained everything very well and easy to understand. She took care of me with purchasing this house. I actually met Chelsie while buying a house. She was representing the sellers and she was easily the most transparent, honest and hard-working realtor I’ve ever met. So I contacted her when I started searching. Super friendly, super personable and ethical. In my hunt for houses she made it super easy, listened to my wants and needs making it extremely easy to identify potential homes. Which was nice in contrast to my previous realtor, who wasted a bunch of my time showing me stuff I had no interest in seeing. She’s very attentive, and very in tune to what your needs are. If you are looking for a no nonsense realtor who knows the area and is going to show you things you want to see and fight for you—this is the realtor you want.
Brought her newborn baby to almost every house until it was no longer “newborn” because it took a while to find a place. Travelled many miles back and forth with her into the swift and cut throat environment that was snatching a good affordable house this last 6 months of tragedy inspired GIFs. Found me a house. Gave me her old grill. Hand wrote me a letter of congratulations. Put three of her contact cards in there in true business fashion. She was okay. Probably needs a raise though.
