I've worked with a handful of realtors as a buyer, seller, landlord, and when I was searching for rentals as a tenant. I must say, out of the various scenarios I have dealt with in real estate, Chelsey was one of my favorites to work with. She had been recommended by a friend, and I am very happy with the turnout of partnering with her in selling my last house. She is firm and confident without being arrogant, I felt understood and prioritized when conflicting needs arose, and she never allowed others' unreasonable behavior to test her patience or professionalism. In short, I knew I could count on her to represent my side of the table when things were tough, and she was who I wanted in my corner when dealing with some of the less-than-ideal realtors representing perspective buyers.
