Chelsea Steen is a rock star realtor. Her knowledge of the Denver market allowed me to quickly identify an area in which to buy. She was thorough, knowledgable and a pleasure to work with throughout the buying process. From offer to close was 3 weeks due to Chelsea's diligence. Although this is my fifth home purchase, Chelsea has a strong commitment to first time home buyers. Whether you are buying your first home, fifth or fifteenth, Chelsea is a great choice.

We met Chelsea by randomly deciding to attend her First Time Homebuyers seminar over a year ago. First, I would HIGHLY recommend her seminar. Before going we thought purchasing a home in the Denver market was completely out of reach. We walked out of her seminar feeling the exact opposite and ready to make a plan to make owning our first home a reality. It was through her seminar and a referral from a friend that we got connected to our loan officer, Abby. Abby and Chelsea are the dream team! They both worked together to help us get started in the process. Chelsea took us around to see several homes in our price range and helped us understand the market. We decided to put our search on hold to save up a bit more. Chelsea was very understandable. She allowed us to continue to get MLS listing updates while we saved so we could stay in the loop on the market options. She kept in contact but never in a pushy way, more of a check-in and support. Then she saw us through our first home purchase, we lost on a few other homes prior to getting under contract but she was reassuring the entire time. Then while under contract Chelsea was super helpful in walking us through the process, understanding/validating our fears/anxiety, and being an amazing advocate. Now we have closed on our first home and I am not sure we would be here if Chelsea hadn't been part of our team. I cannot recommend her more!

Chelsea was amazing! She was extremely helpful and very informative. I would recommend her to anyone trying to get a house. She helped us understand the process, and she answered any questions that we had. She also teaches a first time home buyer class that was full of great information. I look forward to working with Chelsea again when we decide to sell our house or buy another one!

Chelsea was amazing to work with. We (my girlfriend and I) jumped on a call with her when we were trying to weigh the options between renting or buying a house in Denver - at the time we were leaning towards renting, but after an hour it was pretty clear that we wanted to own a house and definitely wanted to work with Chelsea. As complete home buying novices, Chelsea first set up a "Home Buying 101" call with us, walking us through the process in general with a step by step approach. She was patient with questions and her knowledge and insight she was able to share on the home buying process was invaluable. It made us excited to move forward, feeling more confident that our decision was the right one for us. During the search Chelsea helped us determine what was actually important to us based on what we loved about the homes we were looking at - she was honest with her professional opinions, helping us be more critical about properties. When we found our home the process went quickly, but was never overwhelming. Chelsea negotiated various credits on our behalf following the inspection, and within three weeks of placing the offer we closed on the house. We couldn't recommend Chelsea more - she was fantastic to work with and made the seemingly daunting task of home buying feel easy.

Chelsea is a phenomenal agent with the utmost professionalism and experience in the home buying process. She was extremely engaged and actively involved in quite literally every single aspect of my home buying process - even crawling around basements to look at foundations or climbing into attics to look at the roof. She would thoroughly research every specific question I had and would go above and beyond to figure out any information requested on a property. Chelsea is not only a stellar agent, but also has your best interest in mind and has provided me with so much education throughout the entire home buying process. She is the kind of person that you should keep close with and have a continual relationship throughout your professional and personal careers, as she will certainly be able to help again in the future as well

Definitely recommend. We (my wife and I) were first-time homebuyers, and I'm extremely glad we went with Chelsea. She was in-tune with what we wanted from the get-go, and absolutely tireless working on my and my wife's behalf -- and believe me when I say there was reason to be tired. The Denver market is truly insane -- we must have seen 20 properties minimum and offered on several of them. There was one day when we saw a house and were getting ready to offer when she called the other realtor, who told her they had a cash offer that was $10,000 higher than we were considering. But she kept with it, kept with us, and we ended up getting the ideal house for what we wanted. When it came time to close, her pre-arranged network of professional contacts was indispensable in getting us through. And just to illustrate what I'm talking about: Chelsea even managed to work out a good closing schedule the day after the March quarantine order in Colorado. Again, def recommend.

Chelsea was referred to me thru a mutual friend who thought Chelsea could help me sell my condo. I had no idea what to expect but found Chelsea to be energetic, professional and knowledgeable! My condo has been a rental and Chelsea took one look at my place and told me exactly what needed to be done before we could put it on the market. After taking care of the items she suggested, Chelsea listed the condo and we had a contract within 48 hours at above the asking price!! She then took backup offers "just in case"! As a first time homebuyer, I knew, quite literally, nothing of the home buying process. With my best interest in mind, Chelsea took the time to sit down with me and make sure to know exactly what I wanted so that we could find me the perfect home. Chelsea went above and beyond to be prepared, on time, and available for any communication I needed. Which was a lot as a very inexperienced client. I cannot recall a time where she didn't answer my phone call or did not return it immediately. This was invaluable to me in an overwhelming process, such as a first time home purchase. And on top of all this, she went out of her way to make sure I was protected from any outside agency looking to take advantage of a "newbie," like myself. She was very involved and invested in every milestone. She took me to dozens and dozens of houses, never making me feel rushed or pressured. She would even take the time to educate me on what homebuyers look for during showings, things I would have never thought to do on my own. I wanted something very specific for my needs, and also had a very limiting factor in price range, so she definitely had her work cut out for her. She never made me feel like what I wanted was unobtainable. Even in this crazy Colorado market. And in the end, she did it! She found me my dream home, and fought hard to get it for me. And I couldn't be happier. And because of all of this, I had to take the time to write this review and tell anyone who is looking for an agent that you won't find anyone more dedicated to helping you buy or sell a home.
