Chelsea helped me sell one home that I barely spent months in and helped me get into my new, dream home. I was not in love with the home I rushed into when first moving to Oklahoma, 10 months ago. I had spoken to highly recommended realtors in the Tulsa area and they turned this challenge down due to the lack of equity growth in my current home. Chelsea was next on the recommended list of realtors and I am so glad local home buyers mentioned her name multiple times or else we would have never connected . She was kind, professional and grounded. I needed this for such a chaotic change. She is extremely professional from the moment you meet her to the final farewell. This matters when you get overly stimulated by the time crunch of selling your home, house hunting for a specific type of home & neighborhood, then go through horrible inspections to then continue looking for more homes. Then you find the one 4 contracts later! It was doozy, but we had finally made it. Reality kicks in and you have to pack up your home and move into your new one on the same day! I never felt alone, she was always by my side. I literally packed her car to move my things when space became an issue haha. Chelsea never fell short of being available, being resourceful and calling in for favors from people who adore working with her. This experience was wild and not for the weak. But If I were to do it again, I would hands down choose Chelsea. She’s just good at her profession. From the legalities, knowing real estate data, knowing Tulsa and the surrounding areas. I have pretty high expectations and she nailed every one of them.
We needed a realtor to show us our dream house that we randomly found. We contacted her and she was quick to show us the listing the next day. We fell in love and needed to sell our house and she got all the paperwork done and it was listed in no time. Chelsea is very thorough with paperwork and gets things done in timely manner. Chelsea worked with me over a series of months to find my new home. She was very patient with me, as I was not completely sure what I was looking for. She was very knowledgeable about the area and available housing. She let me know that this house was coming on the market and I was able to get the first look at it. Chelsea advocated for me and helped me with the closing, as well as questions I had up to two months after the closing. This is the second time I used Chelsea to purchase property. Her style is to look for what the client needs and wants, making no judgments and putting no pressure on me as I made my choices. I highly recommend her.

She explained everything I needed to know about the home buying process as a first time home buyer and she was extremely patient with my wife and I as we searched for the perfect first home for us. She was very caring and thoughtful and understanding when it came to our needs and what we had to have for our home. She referred us to excellent mortgage lender to help us as well. She went above and beyond for us and worked with us closely every step of the way. She was very flexible and worked around busy schedules to show us multiple houses every week. She has even continued to help us and give us advice even after we closed on the house. I would recommend Chelsea to everyone looking to sell or buy a home. I will only work with Chelsea when it comes to my home buying and selling needs. I could not ask for a better realtor and friend than Chelsea.
We found Chelsea by clicking on the "I'm interested in this property" listing and within minutes she reached out to us and was able to answer our questions. She was easy to coordinate with when going to look at homes and was spot on with listings she sent us that fit our "wants". She made the first time home buying process easy and we would recommend her to anyone!

She listened to me and she scoured the country side to help me find what I was looking for and after each house she would ask me questions to find out my like and dislikes to help me find the one I liked. To put this in perspective, I contacted Chelsea via facebook when I was still in Nursing school and we closed on our home months after my graduation. We had so many huddles and searched for months. She has great communication skills. She is prompt and very patient. We even stopped at one point to take a break from the hassle and she was patient and still kept in touch with us. She had every and any connection you could ever think of. She hooked us up with our loan officer Mike, and other resources even after we found "The One".This job is not only about a commission for her because she truly cares. She only offers solicited advise/opinion about listings if asked, and she does a great job of not pressuring you into buying anything your won't like. We had a great time going through this process with her. So search no more and use/hire her. PS: She dropped off girls scout cookies at our front porch months after closing. Goes to tell you that she is not a sell and done realtor.
