Chelsea was great to work with as we sold our home in Madison Alabama. Because we had moved out of state we needed a local expert who we could trust to handle everything with the sale. She did an excellent job and there is no one else that we would rather work with in the future if we choose to return to the area and purchase a home. Not only are her fees lower than other agents but she coordinated all of the upgrades and handled all of the small stuff too. Her team upgraded our entire kitchen and handled all of the repairs. The upgrade and repair costs were less than I expected and we trusted her to choose the countertops, flooring, color match, etc. She knows how to make a home look top notch. We wish that we had used her upgrade services while we lived there and were even more envious of our alabama home after the upgrades were complete. The upgrades were a good investment and we were able to sell the house for much more than other agents suggested listing the house for, even after considering the upgrade costs. Other agents seemed to be interested in making a quick buck but Chelsea was in it for the long haul to best address our interests. She works hard, has a genuine interest in supporting her customers, is cheerful, and exemplifies great integrity. I have no reservations in recommending her services.
