We have been through the buying and selling process several times in our lives and Chelsea made it so easy and sold our house in four days!!She was great about keeping me updated on any necessary details and even made the paperwork easy for me to expedite. Chelsea has been amazing to work with. She has a great personality and is very knowledgeable and helpful. We reached out to her in November to help us sell our house and within 3 days we had an accepted offer. We then had to start looking for our new home. Chelsea lined up some showing for us based upon our needs and wants and the first house we looked at with her was perfect. Chelsea made the transitions from one house to the other seamless. She helped us set up our inspection and radon testing. After the inspection she made calls and set up appointments with contractors, electrician, etc and got us quotes on the couple of things that would eventually need to be updated. I literally had to do nothing! I would highly recommend Chelsea to anyone looking to sell their current home or to anyone looking to buy a new home.
