Chelsea Lucas

Chelsea represented us on the buying and the selling end. We were building a new construction home. Not all buyers bring a real estate agent for new construction but we were so glad that we did. Chelsea attended a few meetings with us during the negotiation process. Chelsea knew all of the legal aspects and encouraged us to ask questions. We felt confident knowing that she was supporting us every step of the way. When the builders wouldn't negotiate the way we wanted, Chelsea went home (well beyond her typical working hours) and researched existing homes. She found several houses within our budget in case we wanted to go a different route. She is easy to work with and always willing to go above and beyond for her clients. We will gladly refer her to anyone looking to buy or sell.
