Chelsea is an incredible agent with whom to work. From an initial friendly, leisurely-paced phone conversation, she accurately identified the type of home and location we were wanting. She helped us find the perfect home that we wanted within four home showings. From there she managed all the behind-the-scene arrangements, making it possible for us to be under contract within a very short time and contingent on the sale of our home in another state (something that is very difficult to achieve given the market and location where we were looking). She kept in regular contact with us back in our original state, often researching answers to questions even before we realized we had a question as well as scheduling any follow-up appointments that needed to be addressed. I won't hesitate to use her for any future realty needs we may have, and I will wholeheartedly recommend her to friends and family as they move within the area.
