We enjoyed working with Chelse from start to finish! When we first interacted in a phone call, I was so relieved that she understood our vision and respected our budget from the start. Our cross country move was overwhelming because of a last minute job offer while I was pregnant and simultaneously selling our then house in Oklahoma. She was sympathetic and took a lot of initiative. She was always quick to respond via email, phone and text. She was always early to every appointment so I was never the one waiting on her. She has a warm personality, a great sense of humor, is a great listener, but isn't too passive. She definitely represented our best interests while giving us so much more information about the community in Twin Falls than we ever expected to get from an agent. She brought snacks for our kiddos when we met up to see houses and was always so sweet with them, and patient with us. I felt like she is a friend now just as much as she was our agent. The biggest difficulty we had was the major shock of how wildly expensive the Twin Falls housing market was (is) as of fall of 2021 compared to the market in Oklahoma. Houses in our original budget were disappearing within hours of being on market to cash offers and no-contingency offers that we just couldn't compete with, and some of the ones that stayed on the market a little longer were just really rough and outside of our abilities to DIY. Chelse continued to find properties for us with the budget we kept raising, and we NEVER felt pressure on her end to buy more house than we initially set out to buy. She kept in touch with our lender on our behalf, arranged everything with the title company seamlessly, and gave us wonderful suggestions of people in the community to work with for every step of the way. She was clear about the next steps, which was so helpful because we felt so in over our heads. We hope that we don't need her services anytime soon, but we'll be happy to call her again.

Chelse was always available by mobile phone to answer any questions I have. She even gave us a personalized gift basket after closing. Very thoughtful.
