I thank God, for putting Cheer Alvarez, in my path. Since 2021, I had worked with 2 prior realtors and they did not provide the assistance and dedication Mrs. Alvarez did. The first time, I reached out to her and told her what I was looking for she immediately started searching and presenting me with options. She also gave me opinions and feedback. Which was great, because she is so knowledgeable in her field. She also immediately connected me to the financial assistant/Loan Officer that started the whole process with me. Mrs. Alvarez, went beyond what I expected her to do. Whatever day or time I needed her, she was available. She was always on time and reliable. I highly recommend her services, because she demonstrated she knows, loves and cherishes what she does for her clients. She is awesome!
