Even after we had chosen a home, he continued to present us with other options so we could feel completely confident in our decision. We appreciate how hard Chaz worked during the search for our new home. We had looked a quite a few properties and finally settled on one in a new neighborhood that we liked. However, Chaz kept working and discovered that a home we really loved had become available and advised us that we could switch locations still but only had a few days to decide. Because the home was also new and built by the same builder we were able to switch from a house we liked a lot to a home we loved much more. Chaz was constantly looking and reviewing potential locations even up to the week we had to lock in our decision. Had he not kept working we would have settled for a nice home we would have been okay with. Instead we love the new location.
