She did great with the presentation for the website and with negotiating a price I was happy with. When Hurricane Ian was going to hit, she called me and let me know she could get the hurricane shutters put up and she had then put up. My house sustained no damage even though the Port Charlotte was hit very hard. Knowing the shutters were up was a big relief to me. She made sure the lawn was kept up. Chaz also had someone drive by my house the day after the hurricane and sent me a short video of the undamaged house even though the roads were flooded.. Anyway, I strongly recommend her as a realtor.
