I will say by working with Chay she has made my house hunting a great experience. Every and any question or concern I have had she answered with no problem. I would highly recommend Chay just based off she knew exactly what I was looking for in a home and that is exactly what I was shown. With Chay you will not only get a excellent realtor but someone that is looking out for your best interests. I will also commend her on not giving people the run around she is straight to the point and she gets the job done no questions ask.
Chay was great! She helped us in our search to find us the best home to rent that suited our needs with our two dogs and within our budget! We were new to the state much less the area and she helped us narrow our search to the good areas of town. I can’t express how helpful and understanding she was to our situation, again with our dogs and being 8 months pregnant!! When we found our home we hit some speed bumps and she kept us informed during the whole process and was very accommodating when it could have potentially delayed our move in! I would definitely recommend her to friends and family. She worked hard to find us a place and we couldn’t be happier.

Absolutely love her!! We’ve gone through so many bad or neutral experiences with other realtors we were literally giving up. Every realtor we spoke with made us feel pressured into buying something we were on the fence about or maybe liked, which was not okay with us. When we came into contact with Chay she has told us about the rent to own program & took the time to tell us everything in detail, I was so surprised she was there with me every step of the way! She did everything she could to get us into our dream home & guided us through The whole process & answered all the questions/ concerns I had how many questions we had & we had a lot! Lol but she was a pleasure to work with super easy going will not pressure you into buying something you don’t like nor want. I recommend her to everyone I know!!
