This is the best home purchase experience I have had thus far. I am so very thankful for Ms. Darby. Upon my request, she chimed in with her expertise in other ares of my home purchase, for which I needed some guidance. She displayed empathy where appropriate (with acknowledgement and condolences card), as the seller’s spouse passed mid-transaction. Closing day was also the buyer’s birthday, which Ms. Darby acknowledged appropriately as well. Ms. Darby was very personable. I actually saw Ms. Darby taking on responsibilities of the seller’s realtor, where the seller’s realtor was lagging. I would not hesitate to refer Ms. Darby to all my family and friends. Again, this experience far exceeded my expectations.
