We are a first time buyer and we haven't have any clues about the home purchasing process, but Chau is a great agent, she helps us go through each step of the process smoothly and easily! Also, she is always ready to answer you any questions you have which related to these stuffs such as why i have to buy a buyer title insurance, why i have to go with this inspector instead of that, bla bla, and also recommend you which is a trusted builder in town, etc Working with her always gives us a peace of mind!
