Chativa has a lot of patience when it came to me going back and forth on if I wanted to continue this road or look at other homes lol but she stood behind me and my husband 100% and one thing I loved was her honesty! Having a 5 year old daughter she wouldn’t fake it when it came to houses that weren’t safe to raise a child in. I remember pulling up to a house and she knew what I was thinking and stepped out her car and came to mines and said NO this is not it and I loved that! So glad I picked the right realtor when it came to purchasing my first house.

My wife and I are thrilled we met Chativa by chance at an open house. We were looking to move from NJ into NY state--an area we were only slightly familiar with--as first time homebuyers. We obviously had a lot of nerves, questions, and variables to consider. Chativa was wonderful helping guide us through the whole process. One thing we didn't realize is HOW much contact we'd need to have with our buyer's agent. She went above and beyond with accommodating us and always made us feel comfortable. She made herself available for countless questions over text, last minute showing requests, and changes in direction from seeking new construction to finding an existing home that fit our vision. Her mix of professionalism and relatable personality was exactly what we needed, keeping us sane through the twists and turns until we closed on our dream forever home. If you're looking for an agent who has a modern approach combined with an old-school work ethic, I couldn't recommend Chativa more highly.

The working relationship started great and I really enjoyed working with Chativa in the beginning. Unfortunately, once I decided on a property it went down hill from there. I originally thought it was the builders that was the issue, but quickly realized I was not receiving accurate information from my realtor. This is a serious issue as your realtor is your primary source of information during the home buyers process. Once I realized the information was inaccurate from Chativa, I was left spending a lot of time researching information and figuring it out on my own. In addition I have purchased homes in the past and my realtor have always provided me with information about the area, including utilities services, etc. Chativa did not provide me with any information. In fact, it was the realtor of the seller that provided me with the information I needed. That to me is not great customer service. Even if I am originally from the area, receiving this vital information is helpful, or at least ask. It has been a while since residing in the area, so it would have been helpful. Instead, I was left to figure it out. Overall, not one of the best home buying experiences.

I had to sell 2 homes and buy one and get them scheduled together in as close together as possible and she came through. Stayed with us and checked all the time to see how things were going and gave us lots of recommendations for people to help and companies for the new home.

I had the pleasure of having Chativa as my realtor as a first time home buyer. And let me just start off by saying she was amazing. She made the process as stress free and smooth as possible. She helped me find my dream home in a very very short amount of time. The whole process was new to me and Chativa prepared me for every step along the way. She was very knowledgeable, very compassionate and she answered my questions at all hours of the day and night. She was very flexible when it came to my schedule and she would meet me late in the evening, early in the morning or whenever was convenient for me to show me houses. She also helped me find the right team of people to help make the process as seamless as possible and all of her recommendations were 5 star! If you are looking for someone who is going to find you exactly what your looking for and is a pleasure to deal with I recommend Chativa a thousand time over. Just a little story to show how compassionate she is and how she goes the extra mile- On the day of closing I lost/left my phone at a Stewart’s 20 minutes before I was supposed to sign the papers. I still had to go to the bank to get the check and the amount of funds needed was saved on my phone. So in a panic I called Chativa (using my mom’s phone) and she drove all the way to the Stewart’s for me, found/got my phone called me with the amount and met me at the lawyers office. She was a true life saver and did it all without hesitation.

Chativa and her colleague Juan are absolutely amazing! They communicated with me every step of the way on selling my home, and purchasing a new home. During our first meeting, Chativa thoroughly explained everything to me. They made sure I fully understood each step of the selling and purchasing process. They are extremely knowledgeable, professional and know the market well. There aren’t enough wonderful things I could say about them both. I HIGHLY recommend Chativa and her team.
