She has been by far the best realtor we have ever had. She was always responsive whether we called at 7 in the morning or 9 at night. In the midst of trying to buy a home we were also selling a home in another city. Things kept getting delayed on that end. She jumped in and contacted our selling realtor and helped get everything through. The thing I appreciated most though is that she genuinely took the time to get to know us and our needs, and find the perfect house for us. I know she has other clients, but she really made us feel as we were her first priority, as she was there 24/7. We found chassity after a run with a realtor who really didn't care. Chassity was getting us in to see houses within an hour of asking she was ridiculous. She gave us some baby clothes for our son which was awesome as well she actually cares if you want some who's really gonna work for you and care about you give her a call she was never pushy trying to just get a quick sale
We had a rough time negotiating with the sellers but Chassity did not give up. I guess you could say it wasn't a normal process and we all learned something new but she always had our best interest in mind.
