The very next day she was calling people, trying to help me out. She did this free of charge, stating she just wanted to help out a loyal customer. She is pretty awesome and a great realtor. Chasity is a true professional. You don't have to worry about the legalities, responsibilities, or contacting anyone to see that the home is in order. She does it all and doesn't seem to mind. ( I have seen some that don't like to mess with minor details). Chasity makes you feel comfortable no matter what your budget might be.
