Chasity helped me buy a house in 2014. When I first came to know her, she helped me in a house search. after several months of searching, showing, and working, complications came up with the sale of my house and I was unable to buy another house as planned. Chasity was very understanding of my predicament. After getting things worked out on my old place, I again contacted her in the search for my new home. Chasity was very helpful, and we quickly found a house and went under contract. Chasity was with me through the entire process, helping in ways that would not be normally required of a realtor, making calls to the bank, assisting me with gathering of documents and guiding me through the entire process. Once we closed on the house, Chasity told me that if she could help me with anything in the future feel free to call her. About 6 months later, I was searching for a hunting lease. Knowing that she was in contact with several realtors that had large amounts of land for sale, I asked her if she happened to know of any. She told me she would start looking. The very next day she was calling people, trying to help me out. She did this free of charge, stating she just wanted to help out a loyal customer. She is pretty awesome and a great realtor. I would recommend her to anyone buying land or a home.

Chasity is a true professional. You don't have to worry about the legalities, responsibilities, or contacting anyone to see that the home is in order. She does it all and doesn't seem to mind. ( I have seen some that don't like to mess with minor details). Chasity makes you feel comfortable no matter what your budget might be. She is as eager to help you find that million dollar home as she is in finding in my case around $80,000. home. She will work with you until you are satisfied. It was my experience with Chasity that all her clients are important and treated as such.
