Ms. Chasity Brugman is a 5 star + Real Estate agent. During my search I had the challenge of living in San Francisco and wanting to move down here. AND in the beginning of the search I was trying to decide specifically where I wanted to go in the Rancho Cucamonga, Ontario, LA area. AND I was still looking in San Luis Obispo area too with another agent. AND I was a first time home buyer. Chasity understood all my challenges better than I ever imagined even more than I did. Between her excellent team, face timing because of in San Francisco, rapid responses and her deep knowledge of the whole process including really taking time to make sure I understood everything from beginning to end and MAKING SURE I was represented very well during closing, I would recommend Chasity as an agent. She found the perfect condo for me and I am now in one of the happiest moments of my life.:) One last personal note. One visit during my search I was still not sure where I wanted to move to. We were having lunch going over places we visited in a Rancho Cucamonga restaurant. She noticed and pointed out I looked very happy and my face would light up with happy memories of the Rancho Cucamonga area when I used to work down there and me describing all the areas I used to visit.
