Ms. Brugman is an excellent agent. She was absolutely indispensable throughout the process. She knows the market, acts and responds in a timely manner, and frankly knows how to proactively guide her clients through the entire home buying process. In addition is she well versed in how loans work and has a number of contacts for home maintenance and support. As noted above, she held my hand throughout whole the process and throughly explained EVERYTHING! She was present at the home for all inspections, repair estimates, and due diligence.
