Great experience for buying and selling

Part of a military family who was there for three years. Bought the house through the Chasity and her team. Got a surprise change in orders that had us move 5 months earlier than expected. After discussions the wife and I decided to sell the home and got in contact with Chasity. She came to our house to look at it and set expectations in terms of average time on the market, estimated sales price based on similar houses, and what the selling process would look like during a cross country move. She’s one that wants to make sure when she talks with and updates someone she has all facts in a row to allow for buyers and sellers the best place to make a decision. Really great experience overall!
