Chasen was my agent when I sold my home in West Colorado Springs in early 2019. I was pleased with his service . When the first two offers on my home fell through, I was upset and anxious; Chasen's calm manner was reassuring. He is knowledgeable about real estate and knew how to handle bumps in the road that arose. There were a few upsetting glitches along the way that were not Chasen's fault. For example, after I received an initial offer I wanted to change the status of the listing to something like, "under contract; accepting backup offers." Unfortunately, the company that oversaw showings changed my listing to "no showings." As a result, a potential buyer who wanted to see the home was turned away. When I called Redefy to complain, they did not take responsibility (they shifted blame to the showing service) and their response was quite nonchalant. I had hoped for a much more concerned and proactive attitude. All in all, though, my experience was a positive one. I was particularly pleased with Chasen and can recommend him to anyone who wants to buy or sell a home in Colorado Springs or Pueblo.
