Great enthusiasm!! Hard worker for his clients!!!!

We met Chase through an Open House he was hosting. When I mentioned we hadn't decided on a Realtor yet, he said, "Yes you have!" I said, "No, not yet", he said, "Sure you have, ME!". I couldn't turn down a man with such confidence!! Chase recommended a mortgage broker, we were pre-approved and then we went shopping. We went out on multiple appointments to find the home we were looking for. We submitted multiple offers on several homes, going over asking price, but didn't win any bids. Chase had confidence even when we started getting discouraged. We finally won a bid!! Chase found an inspector to do the inspection (great inspector!), the house passed with flying colors. Ran into a snag with the mortgage broker and had to change a couple of times before finding the right person. Again, Chase buoyed us with his confidence that everything would work out. He was right there whenever an issue came up and was able to make changes on the fly as needed. We finally closed on our home (even with issues the morning of the closing, Chase handled everything) and couldn't be happier with our home and with the assistance Chase gave us throughout the process.
