It's funny how we stumbled on Chase. He was the selling realtor for a house we wanted to see. From there, he became our realtor because he was eager to send us houses QUICKLY and that fit our criteria. He is very knowledgeable in what he does. He was always available when we needed him. He even went above and beyond after we closed - and that is saying something! Buying a house, in another state, in this market is not for the faint of heart. But Chase helped us every step of the way. I'm grateful for this experience and to now call Chase a neighbor and a friend!

This was my first time buying a house. I was filled with soo many emotions and not all of my emotions were the best. I changed my mind multiple times on multiple houses and there were even times I was ready to back out of getting a house altogether because I was soo nervous! But through it all Chase was supportive through each phase. He was not pushy and never made me feel like a fool when I was open and honest about how I felt through the whole process. There were times we viewed houses up to an hour away and he didn't complain not once! He stayed by my side from beginning until the end of the whole signing process!
