Chase made what could have been a stressful and frustrating experience an extremely pleasant experience. He is always professional and always made us feel like his number one priority. I can't stress enough how easy he made the home buying process. From showing us properties timely to guiding us through each step in the closing process, his constant communication made the entire process seamless. He is very knowledgeable of the market and was able to provide ample research to justify and guide fair market value of each property. Above all, his best attribute is his response time and attention to detail. When making a decision as big as buying a home, having someone like Chase to work with is invaluable! I definitely recommend Chase to anyone who wants a positive home buying or selling experience!!!

Chase is such a breath of fresh air in a world where many real estate agents are just out to get a commission. He is a genuinely good person and made us feel so comfortable throughout the entire process. He was also wonderful with our two little girls whenever we had to bring them along and they LOVED seeing Mr. Chase! Our home had multiple offers and was under contract within 2 days for much higher than what other agents thought we could sell for. He also advised against selling our rental property at the time because he didn't think it was a good time to sell (and we weren't losing money on it). What kind of realtor tells you to NOT sell something?! And now that one is about to close for the highest price in the complex. TWO THUMBS WAY UP! Thank you Chase!

Chase came highly recommended to us from a friend in the area. After our initial telephone conversation with him, it was clear he knows the metro Atlanta market very well and truly had our best interest at heart. Chase approached our search as if he were purchasing a home for himself and always made sure we were well informed. He responded so quickly to all of our requests it was clear he was working all hours of the day to find the perfect home for us. Living outside of the area presented a huge problem in regard to visiting properties so Chase became our eyes on site for most homes. He used technology that allowed us to see a home from afar in a very detailed manner. He left no door unopened and if the house fit our criteria and budget, we knew about it immediately. He was always patient and never pressured us to make a hasty decision but also knew when a home would sell quickly so he allowed us to see the majority of them the day they were listed, sometimes within hours of coming on the market. We secured a contract on our home within 24 hours of it being listed and beat out 7 other offers that I think can easily be attributed to Chase's negotiation skills, real estate expertise, and ability to maintain composure in stressful situations. We will undoubtedly use Chase for any other real estate transactions in the future and recommend him with the utmost confidence to anyone buying or selling a property. I wish I could give him SIX stars!

I do not normally write reviews online but considering what Chase sacrificed for us this past week, I feel compelled to share the type of person and professional he is with others. My husband and I have been looking for a new home for our family for the past 2 years. We have worked with and parted ways with 2 other agents that we felt were just trying to get a commission check and did not have our best interest in mind. So we decided to give a chance to this persistent yet extraordinarily friendly young man, Chase. As of yesterday, we were under contract to purchase our new home for well over $1MM; however, the owner of the home mentioned to their agent during the inspection that she hoped the inspector would not be able to find the cracks in the foundation that they had concealed! Unbeknownst to them, Chase overheard this conversation and immediately stepped outside to call me. The inspector did not discover the issue, as it was well-hidden, and Chase could have just as easily not mentioned to us what he heard and collected his commission check. Because he did not hesitate and told us right away, we were able to terminate our contract, get our earnest money back, and continue searching for another home. Chase has earned a client for life and we will be recommending him to everyone we know. He is a fine young man and will make waves in the real estate industry. If you have any doubts about him, I urge you to give him the chance we did. You will not be disappointed!
