Hands down, Chase is the most helpful and responsive agent I have worked with. He sold my parent's home in less than a week, at an attractive price. But where he really differentiated himself was the caring approach he took on all the "little details". He helped arrange all of the moving logistics, estate sale, and the hiring of contractors to fix the short list of items on the buyer's punch list. He even fixed some of the easy ones himself, saving my parents money and taking the angst out of the process! Chase was extremely helpful, not only with the paper work and sale of the house, but also with the hands on work! He helped us move, clean the house and even do repairs!!! At the same time as the sale of our house I had to be out of town for work, he stepped in and made sure everything was taken care of.
