Chase Louderback

I called Chase on a Thursday evening after not receiving calls back from a couple other agents I found online. The next morning (with very short notice), Chase lined up appointments for the two properties I wanted to see that weekend. Due to me being at a distance, that weekend was the first and only time I met Chase face to face. However, that didn't impact the process at all. We corresponded via email, phone, and/or text almost daily from that point until the closing; Chase was always prompt in his response and at least on one occasion responded to an email I sent him after 9pm the VERY SAME DAY. He was extremely helpful, responsive, patient, and NOT PUSHY. We talked through the negotiation strategy until I was comfortable moving forward. His knowledge of the area and some particular aspects of the property helped me navigate some things that were unfamiliar to me. All of our pre-closing documents were signed online, which made things very convenient with my busy schedule. All in all, Chase worked hard for me and ensured the purchase went through smoothly.
