My name is Chase and I love living in South Florida. There’s just something about that feeling when the sunshine hits your face that becomes addictive. Paddle boarding, snorkeling, biking, sports, and concerts are my favorite past times. All of these keep me outside as much as possible. Oh yeah, I also enjoy helping folks with their real estate goals!
I grew up in a one stop light town in the middle of nowhere, North Carolina. A town where everyone knew everyone and waved when you passed going down the road. But also, a town where we valued a hard day’s work; where a handshake sealed the deal. I attended East Carolina University and studied hospitality management and business. Truthfully, I spent more time downtown and at the games than I care to admit.
I’ve always lived by the quote “A man comes into and leaves this world with one thing, his word.” So, if I make a promise, it will happen.
I tell you all this, so you see where I come from and what goes into my work. I take pride in being a 5-star reviewed agent. Something that has amazed me is that many of my clients become close friends. I feel honored when I get to part of one of the biggest decisions of their life.
I moved to South Florida in 2011 and began my real estate career in 2013. I hold both a real estate and a mortgage license, so I can better serve my clients. Aside from that, I am the chair of the Young Professionals Committee with the local Realtors association for 2018. I’ve also sat of the Communications & Emerging Technologies committee as well as the RPAC committee. I try to give back as much as I can through charity work.
