I enjoyed working with Chase. He was always upbeat and ready to go. I appreciated that Chase was easy to get ahold of and quick to respond. I trusted that things were getting done behind the scenes and being handled. He checked in with me frequently to make sure things were moving. Chase was very attentive from start to end for us as first time home buyers. From explaining the process, giving us recommendations for services we needed throughout the process, and follow-up at closing and after, Chase left us through with a patient hand and made sure we stayed level headed and patient. We had a great experience with Chase Jermano! He met with us and walked us through all the steps of selling a house. He was with us through every step making sure we understood the next step and any time I had a question He was there to explain. If he didn't know my answer he got it. When it came time to move, we didn't have a lot of help, he stepped up and actually came to the house and helped load things in the Uhaul!! How many Agents do that? He was professional yet quickly became a friend. I picked Chase because although I didn't know him personally, I was connected to his mom and knew Tina Leonard personally n felt he would be the right fit. Boy was I correct.
