Chase is extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the Boston property market. Aside from his experience, he is very friendly and easy to get along and communicate with. He explained all the best areas to consider based on my price range and desired move in readiness. He is always available for questions and is very responsive. He always answered my texts or phone calls. Before looking for my home he met with me to discuss all the steps in the process and the specific things to consider. Not only is he knowledgeable about the properties themselves but the first time home buyer opportunities. He went with me to numerous properties and was very honest about what price points he thought we should make offers at in order to be competitive. He never became discouraged when we toured homes weekend after weekend and was always encouraging that I would find the right place.
