Chase was the best agent we have dealt with in all the years we have been dealing with properties. He went way beyond any expectations we had for an agent. (And still continues to be there for us after the Close) Chase kept in excellent contact with us throughout the whole process, making sure everything on our transaction went quick and smooth. He was the listing agent as well and was the perfect go between with the seller. He also took all the photographs listed for the property online. The photos were not exaggerated in any way,( ie..rooms made to look bigger than what they actually are) so what you saw was what you got. Chase is very professional and not only will respect your time, but treats you like you're his most important client , not just a commission check. If you ask a question he hasn't the answer to, he won't try to BS you with an answer you want to hear, he'll find out and get back to you in a very timely manner. He is very knowledgeable in his profession and explains the whole process thoroughly step by step. We plan on buying some other properties in the next couple of years, in the area and would not even think about using anyone else as an agent. We would differently recommend Chase as your primary agent whether you are a 1st time buyer or looking for investment/income properties. He'll take the time no matter what your needs!
