So, I put my house on the market and COVID hit....Chase still rose to the challenge! He never let the new way we were all living, with masks and distancing, deter or impede his determination to help me sell! We even had a lot of repair issues that he turned into opportunities for tailoring the home into just what the new buyer wanted! He’s a go getter, thorough, and an extremely polite and honest realtor! I’d recommend him to anyone, and I have to friends and family!

We first met Chase on another transaction that did not go through. one of the main reasons it did not go through was his honesty in dealing with a home inspector that he encouraged to tell us all the issues with the home. I was so impressed that we vowed to try and use him again if a situation were to arise. Fast forward a year and it came time to sell our existing home. I was really going to try and sell it FSBO but called him anyway to get his take on the home. I did not want to pay the fees involved with a Realtor simply because I did not see how I could come close to breaking even. Oh BOY WAS I WRONG!! This is where we valued Chase being firm.
