Chase made us feel comfortable from our first conversation. We knew he was knowledgeable about the area and he seemed to be very attentive, which turned out to be very accurate. We attribute our successful home purchase to Chase’s negation skills. He came up with a very creative, strategic way of structuring our offer that gave us the winning bid, while keeping us from overpaying. We were extremely impressed and know that we couldn’t have done it without him! We’ve worked with quite a few real estate agents over the years. Chase has been hands down the best to work with. I have a tendency to be very detail oriented and ask a lot of questions. Chase answered all of my questions and made me feel like he appreciated the attention to detail, even when it made more work for him. He impressed us as dedicated, hardworking, trustworthy, and willing to go above and beyond. We’re glad to have met him and now consider him a friend.
