Working with Chase was an incredible experience as a first time homebuyer. He helped me facilitate the entire homebuying process from 3000 miles away and was incredibly proactive and thoughtful in his communication. We looked for two weeks and put in one offer, because I only wanted to do it once. We wrote an optimal offer and chase collaborated with my lender to ensure we were top of the pile for consideration in a multi-offer situation. While this was an incredibly fun process with Chase and team, he was also there when my first time home buyers nerves set in and helped talk me through the elements of the process which I wasn’t familiar with. I have known Chase for years and know what a great person he is, so when it came time to sell my condo and purchase a new house, there was no doubt that that is who I was going to go with. Chase was phenomenal to work with on the sell of our first home. He kept our nerves at ease, he was communicative when we needed him and was flexible with our schedule. He kept us informed and there was never any question of what was happening leading up to us going under contract.
