I'm not sure 5 stars is enough for the effort put in by Charvez. Long and short of it is there were 13 days to find and purchase a home. I placed the call to Charvez and he had properties lined up to show as soon as that evening. He was knowledgeable, guiding and patient. He was able to keep the wheels turning in the background while we weighed our curated options. Once the offer was in, he was in constant communication.
