I reached out to Charmayne over the past 10 years about selling my house. It wasn’t a matter of if, just when. We stayed in touch, but she was never a pest. Finally the difficult decision was made by me. We differed a bit on what it should be listed at, but I went along with her recommendation. I believe in OPB (Other People’s Brains) when I’m in an area that I’m not all That familiar with. She had all the comp’s,etc. Even though I was in a desirable area, on a very desirable lot, the house needed a lot of upgrades to compete with other similar homes on the market. She had a plan and it worked. I think we had 5 offers in 3 days after the first open house. We accepted a cash offer and things moved quickly after that. Decluttering and moving is not fun, and it seems nobody wants anything. She did all the scheduling of the various Charities places for a lot of the furniture, which was a great help. If I had another house to sell, I’d be calling her again. A lot was really compressed in a short time period. The closing also was as smooth as it could be.
