I received my keys to my new home last April, BIG THANKS to this lady! I knew Charm from high school and I’ve always known her to be a person of great character and a good heart. I would definitely choose Charm over and over again! A little over 2 years ago my husband and I decided that we wanted to own a house of our own, but we had no idea where to start. So, we decided to call Charm. With her upbeat and positive energy, visions, and dedication- she did not decipoint. We (my husband and I) had two very different ideas of what we wanted in house in terms of location, size, and decor, but the one thing that we did agree on is that we did not want a “cookie cutter” house. Charmaine was very helpful when we bought the house and we got the same service while selling. She was always just a phone call or text away if we ever had any questions. She had her hands full as we were first time buyers and sellers. Her expansive amount of knowledge and experience helped us through the buying and selling process.
