Knowledgeable, super helpful and always available to us
Charmain was very helpful when getting the house ready for the market. She helped us decide what was best to do and what was best left for the buyers to decide. Our options were given to us and helpful ways to proceed whichever way we decided. From the first phone call asking her if she knew the area and would she be willing to help us to the final closing and even follow ups after the sale. She was helpful with the information we needed for tax information, market values, etc. She usually answered her phone, but if not able, she returned calls immediately and usually with an answer to my questions. I would highly recommend her for your real estate needs.
