Charmaine was an exceptional agent. When I had asked her to get some addresses for us to look at she had asked what I was looking, and she listened very well. We went looking on a Saturday and she must of had 10 properties lined up. I had made an offer on two of the houses and ended up purchasing one that had 15 other offers.
