I highly recommend Charlotte, she is not your typical realtor. She goes way above and beyond of what a realtor does. When you're her client she works for you, no doubt. She responds to your questions and concerns right away. She helps you in anyway she can. She listens to your needs and wants when purchasing or selling. Very knowledgable in all aspect of real-estate. Without her we would not have sold our home to purchase our dream home!!
