Charlotte Sherman is an accomplished real estate broker and team leader with a career that spans more than 25 years in the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia. She formed The Charlotte Sherman Team in 2019 after joining Modern Realty Results, which later became CENTURY 21 Modern Realty Results, LLC in 2023. Charlotte and her team share a passion for providing exceptional customer service and building lasting client relationships through community involvement and trusted results.
A lifelong resident of the area, Charlotte’s deep local knowledge, background in custom home building, and extensive experience in real estate marketing—both print and digital—set her apart in the industry. Known for her attention to detail and hands-on approach, she guides each client skillfully from listing or purchase to a smooth closing.
Charlotte’s real estate career began in 1995 when she managed a RE/MAX franchise, overseeing advertising for five top-producing agents who collectively led Berkeley County in real estate transactions. After a period spent focusing on internet marketing for local Realtors, she became a licensed Realtor in 1999 and a licensed Broker in 2003. She was instrumental in opening a new RE/MAX franchise, which she managed for more than a decade, later becoming the broker/owner of two RE/MAX offices and earning recognition as one of the Top 10 Teams in West Virginia.
In 2009, Charlotte joined Keller Williams Rice Realty, where she led the highest-producing team in the state and was a member of the Agent Leadership Council, representing the top 10% of sales producers in her office. She consistently earned the Silver Award for Sales Production each year. As an Associate Broker at Rockstar Realty and leader of the AllStar Team, Charlotte specialized in listing management, marketing, and seller communication.
She is an active member of the National Association of Realtors, West Virginia Association of Realtors, and Eastern Panhandle Board of Realtors, and has been recognized as a Top Producer and Hall of Fame honoree. Charlotte has also achieved several professional designations, including GRI, ABR, cRFA, and SFR, demonstrating her commitment to advanced real estate education.
Beyond real estate, Charlotte remains deeply engaged in her community through organizations such as the Home Builders Association, Rotary International (including the Rotary Student Exchange Program), Chambers of Commerce, Beta Sigma Phi, United Way, Professional Business Women’s Association, and BNI, earning recognition for both her leadership and contributions.
