Charlotte was a Godsend during this experience! She is extremely competent and her wealth of experience and negotiating skills got us exactly what we wanted. Charlotte updated us at every stage; we never had to seek her out for information and if we did have questions she never made us feel like a bother. She exceeded our expectations by far and provided much needed comfort and peace while selling our home. We have found our realtor for life!
