Charlotte worked so hard to help sell our 40 acre hunting property even though there were major problems with the easement leading into the land , no septic, no deep well, and the cabin needed work. She spent hours on the phone with numerous lawyers, zoning people, and too many others to list. I would highly recommend Charlotte and her incredible work ethic!
